Charlois Book Review

This week’s book review is over Atomic Habits by James Clear.  This 300+ page book is a course in habit formation.  In these pages you will find 20 chapters: 3 for background, what how, and why.  Chapters 4-17 cover the 4 stages of habit formation” make it obvious, make it attractive, make it easy, and make it satisfying.  The last 3 chapters are advanced tactics.  Finally, there is an appendix of approximately 40 pages.

I’m currently reading this work for the 3rd time and each time I’m embedding the lessons deeper into my habit center.  By following these lessons, it is my desire to build a base of habits so that I can automate a significant portion of my life.  This will free up important segments of my brain for the more important and creative tasks I desire.

I encourage you to read this book so that you can see the benefits of habits and the ease that they can be formed.
